Svanhild Pedersen, position as business consultant in Visjona AS, has been hired as acting CEO during Finnmarksløpet 2026. Her role will last from 1st of December and until the 2026 race has completed.
Pedersen is no stranger to Finnmarksløpet as she was position as the CEO from 2011–2014 and 2016–2020, she is already well known about the ongoing process.
Furthermore, the administration has grown with project team members Miriam Nilssen and Stina Knudsen that will be working alongside coordinator Mailene Skjølås.
Chairman Knut Sigurd Pettersen is confident that the 2026 administration team will pull through and deliver another successful year for Finnmarksløpet.
